Mallorca (Spain)
Mallorca lies to the south-east of the Spanish coast and is the largest of the Balearic Islands, which include Ibiza, Menorca and Formentor. It is not for nothing that this largest Spanish island is called the "Pearl of Spain".
The local language, as on the rest of the Balearic Islands, is Catalan, which is co-official with Spanish.
